| The men and women of the International Submariners Association-United States of America (ISA-USA) and their guests from all corners of the world attended the gala 2009 46th Congress, September 7 - 12, 2009. We were pleased that the 46th Congress was held in conjunction with the United States Submarine Veterans Incorporated National Convention in the beautiful port city of San Diego, where we enjoyed the Mediterranean climate, unique history, and one of the most diverse cultures in America. During their stay, delegates and their guests attended various hotel convention events, tour scheduled sites of interest, and enjoyed all that San Diego has to offer.
