| The men and women of the International Submariners Association-United States of America (ISA-USA) extend an invitation to our fellow submariners and their guests from all corners of the world to attend the gala 2009 46th Congress, September 7 - 12, 2009. We are pleased that the 46th Congress is being held in conjunction with the United States Submarine Veterans Incorporated National Convention. Experience these days in the beautiful port city of San Diego, and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, unique history, and one of the most diverse cultures in America. During their stay, delegates and their guests may attend various hotel convention events, tour scheduled sites of interest, and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.
