If you think that you will attend the Congress in San Diego and will need a visa to come to the United States, please give us your name and address. We will assure that you receive an official invitation for you to use to obtain your visa. Please include the names of any guest that you may bring with you so that we can include them in your letter of invitation. You should send your name and address to: This will not obligate you to attend, but may help you to meet any requirements for obtaining your visa.
