This information has been obtained from the U.S. Department of State, and is intended as a guide for individuals planning to attend the 2009 International Submariners 46th Congress in San Diego, California. Residents of certain countries currently require a U.S. travel visa, in addition to a valid passport. However, if your country is listed below, you are not required to obtain a travel visa for U.S. entry/exit. Currently, 27 countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), as shown below.
